SALVATION AND REDEMPTION GOSPEL MINISTRIES
Salvation and Redemption Gospel Ministries, this is a local fellowship of believers coming together with one goal, response to the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ. Hebrews 10:25, “Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”
The church started under the tree in Bidii location in Kenya near Kitale town in the year 2004. When members received Jesus, the truth of the Gospel started flowing in their lives. They perceived that only Jesus Has eternal life. John 14:6, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
The first land church at Bidii location, Salvation and Redemption Gospel Ministries was bought through church members’ contribution. It was by installments from the year 2009 to 2013 when we paid the final balance. The land costed Ksh. 70,000 the land size is a quarter of an acre. Currently ( this year 2026) the church land is worthy Ksh. 3 million.
The church land at Gidea Location ( center Kwanza), Salvation and Redemption Gospel Ministries the land in refugee land was bought through tithe which Pastor Peter Mulongo sold his first land in Bidii and shifted to center Kwanza near police station. The piece of land costed Ksh. 142,000 in the year 2020. Currently (this year 2026) the land church is worthy Ksh. 400,000 the land size is a quarter of an acre.
Acts 4:34-35, “Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold, And laid them down at the apostles’ feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.”
However, the church that started under the tree has 9 more branches with 20 Pastors who oversight the work in the local churches. If it were not God and the conviction of His Word, no one could sit down on an open ground, under the tree, just to hear the Word of God. Matthew 3:10, ” And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.”

ROMANS 10:9-10 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
ISAIAH 60:1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners!

MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to fulfill the Great Commission, Matthew 28:19_20. To help people experience Christ rather than man’s creation religion, so that they can take the true Gospel to nations.
Partnering with Kingdom minded ministry. Showing the love of our Lord Jesus to oppressed people by helping them where we can.
“And if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday. 11The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail” Isaiah 58:10-11.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
Mark 10:13-16., “And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them.”
Jesus valued children and made them examples for Christians values. The future generations will be at mess when no Christian Foundation established for the young children.
However, the church should recognize the extreme potential and openness of children to the Gospel and the things of God. As a result, we should prioritize reaching children at such a critical age. When we wait to lay that foundation of truth when they are teenagers or adults, we miss the most influential years of their lives, and many will consequently deal with years of the enemy’s deception toward the things of God.
The goal of the Children ministry is to ensure children have personal relationship with Jesus. When the children have a strong foundation on the solid word of God, then the future generations will be healed through Salvation in Christ Jesus.
Compose songs out of the learning materials from the Bible
Create drama ( play) from the learning materials from the Bible
Create video class from the learning materials of the Bible.
make child to child questions from the lessons of the Bible.
Arrange memory verses from the lessons of the Bible.
Teach children oral translation from English to swahili and swahili to English and Bible terms.
Identify and stir up other talents of the children like athletic, soccer, comedian, news reporter, Preacher etc
The orphans and other children will spread the truth to other children, youths, to crusades, conferences, private and public schools.
As we apply this program we shall focus on safety of the child, age setting, dedicated volunteers, interactive activities and family partnership.
